Hi!
Since I'm doing this site people asked me a lot of questions mostly via email.
Now I chose this way to answer some of those "frequently asked questions"
generally. So you may call this an editorial.
You wonder who I am. Okay, you might guess these comics are not drawn by a small boy. My
job has something to do with it but I'm not a published artist. Although I'm German I
decided to write in English and to use a neutral or in some ways US-American setting.
Thanks to Randy, Dan, Phil, Jason and all the others for helping with the text! If you
reload the comics you'll find now improved versions (updated 1st of May).
You want to know what my intentions are with Niklas. I had a wonderful childhood and I can
still recall those boyish feelings of being loved, of sharing secrets and of exploring
weird things. By letting Niklas and his friends do all this my memories come to life
again. Also I want to show sensitive and loving boys far away from the usual
macho-stereotype - peaceful characters that are not ashamed of showing weakness and
sometimes fear. A lot of my readers are young teens who feel the same way but are scared
of being gay. They told me that they're feeling better after reading Niklas because
finally there is someone showing that boys may love boys and that this is a beautiful and
positive thing. |

Others told me
that they never had a childhood like that. Neglected by their parents or even abused they
got no love at all. Today as adults they are seeking for this loving experience they never
had as a boy. Niklas is giving them some of these wonderful private moments they always
had to bear.
Some of you wanted to know if there are some pictures or "hidden items" not
found on my site. The answer is just "no"! I have nothing to hide. Although my
comics are about love and discovering erotic feelings you'll never find any sex here. And
there is no use to ask me for drawing any "special" pics for sending by mail. |

I've colored the latest comic "How to
become a popstar" after several people asked for more color. On the other hand all
picture resources gain a lot of kilobytes this way so that Niklas is harder to load than
before. And this is offending other people... sigh! Please let me know if you think it
takes too long now to download the comics.
